Perineal massage

I was recommended this for perineal massage to prepare for vaginal birth of my daughter. I had her on 1/29/22 9:14 am, no epidural and NO TEARING. My doula taught me the technique and I used this oil everyday leading up to my daughters birth. I recommend to all the mommy to be or anybody who wants to massage their intimate parts for birth preparation or even for sex!
